Indian executives by their upbringing have learnt to be entrepreneurial but, more importantly, seem to adapt in the companies (they work for). There seems to be a great ability to adapt to cultures and get things done. And I think you can see it around the world, especially in financial services. In tech companies, a lot of emerging senior management is from India. Our survey shows that while people say that China is an emerging power, more people think India has the chance to create leadership because its culture has created entrepreneurial, hardworking people. The question is to give them experience to become good managers.
